I’m working on a biography of Fritz Schumacher, German architect 1869-1947. He worked for the art dealer Alexander Günther in Gardone (Lake Garda) in 1893 on a villa, where Günther displayed many sculptures, torsos and paintings he sold to rich Germans and Austrians. After World War I they were confiscated and went the Museum Santa Julia Brescia. Can you provide any information about the villa and the inventory? Any help, contacts and information would be useful for me.
